These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of alphixir.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Esklisy ("we", "us"). By using the Site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Alphixir publishes a transparent, no-money AI trading simulation. Four AI personas manage a hypothetical, virtual portfolio; we publish their decisions, the reasoning behind them, and how they scored against the market. No real money is ever invested, held, deposited, withdrawn, or exchanged, and there is nothing to win or cash out. The Site is content and education — it is not a brokerage, exchange, fund, robo-advisor, or trading platform.
All content on the Site is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and nothing is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or asset. Tickers, scores, and persona positions are outputs of a simulation, not suggestions for you to act on. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a licensed professional before investing. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.
Persona returns, "alpha," rankings, and track records shown on the Site are hypothetical and simulated. They are derived from published closing/opening prices applied to a paper portfolio and do not reflect real trading, real capital at risk, execution costs, slippage, taxes, or the emotional and liquidity constraints of actual investing. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations and should not be relied upon as an indication of what any real strategy would have achieved.
Some features require a free account created via a passwordless magic-link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) scrape, republish, or resell Site content at scale without permission; (b) misrepresent the Site's content as personalized advice or as real trading; (c) interfere with, overload, or attempt to breach the Site's security; or (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose. You may share individual reports and insights with attribution and a link back to the Site.
The Site's content, engine outputs, text, charts, card designs, and branding are owned by Esklisy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Market data referenced on the Site belongs to its respective providers. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to view and share content for non-commercial purposes with attribution.
The Site links to third-party sources and may display advertising served by Google AdSense and its partners. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or the accuracy of external sources. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising and analytics cookies are used and how to opt out.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Esklisy and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss (including any investment loss or lost profits) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. Because the Site is free content and involves no real money handled by us, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
